2014-15: Took part in all but two events during the cross country season...was VMI's #7 runner at both JMU and UNCG...set an 8K PR at the UNCG meet, where he was 17th in 26:47...ran in just the season opener for track, where he finished 11th in the 3K at the ETSU Invite.  

High School/Personal: State cross country champion for Catholic schools…runner-up for VISS XC Championship.

Personal Bests: 5K (XC)-16:12.42, 8K - 26:47, 1600-meters - 4:34.41, 3200-meters - 9:47.14
