2006: Competed in each of the team's events...Scored for the team with a 10th place showing at the VMI Season Opener (16:56-5K) and with a 50th place finish at the Tennessee Invitational (29:12-8.4K)...Also placed 35th overall with a time of 27:11 (8K) at the Big South Championships.

2005: Placed third among Keydet finishers and eighth overall at the 8K VMI Invitational, running a 26:38...Placed among the team's top five runners in three of six events.

2004: Placed 50th at the Blue Ridge Mountain Open with a 21:49 on the four-mile course...Came in 87th at the Furman Invitational, running a 28:12 at the 5K distance.

High School: Named 2004 Cross Country Runner-of-the-Year by the St. Petersburg Times...A 2004 Sunshine Athletic Conference Cross Country Champion...Holds Wesley Chapel High records for the 4x800m (8:17), 1,600m (4:29) and the 3,200m (9:45).
