2020: Came in 17th place at the Tom Scott Open in 26:07 to help the Keydets to a team victory.

2019: Placed 38^th overall at the Liberty Challenge in 14:12 … came in 33^rd place overall at the JMU Open in 29:43 … competed at the Paul Short Run in 364^th place in 26:46.3 … arrived in 80^th place at the HPU VertCross Invite in 27:57.63 …

2018: Came in 72^nd at the Virginia Tech Invite with a time of 21:57 … placed 44^th at the JMU Open in 29:33 … competed at the George Mason Invite with a 35^th-place time of 29:11.6 … arrived in 83^rd place at the HPU VertCross Invite in 28:17.69 … earned team points at the Southern Conference Championship as the fifth VMI runner to finish, placing 62^nd overall in 28:32.65.

2017: Ran in VMI's first three races of the cross country season...finished 26th at the JMU Open...outdoors, was 11th in the conference in the 3K steeple and 16th in the 1,500...finished in the top-25 in the 3K at Bucknell...set a collegiate best in the 800 indoors at the VMI Team Challenge. 

High School/Personal: Four-year letterwinner in track and XC...two-time all-conference in XC and four-time in track...all-region on two relays...was a member of the regional championship XC team...shares school record in DMR...Summa Cum Laude senior year...intends to major in chemistry.
