2020: As only the second runner in program history to participate at the NCAA Cross Country Championships, earned a Top 200 finish at the 2021 race in Stillwater, Oklahoma. … as an at-large qualifier, ran a 10k time of 32:41.0 for 190th place overall in the field of 250 runners…. Became first VMI runner since Jack Ditt in 1983 to qualify for the NCAA Championship race …led VMI to a second-place finish at the SoCon Championship by earning First Team All-Southern Conference honors with his second-place finish in 24:23.74 … led the Keydets to a first-place finish at the Tom Scott Open with a 7.4k time of 23:04.
2019: Led VMI in every competition … earned First Team All-SoCon honors by placing seventh overall at the SoCon Championships in 25:35.45 … placed 10th overall at the Liberty Challenge in 12:57 … came in 71st place overall in 24:23.0 at the Paul Short Run … came in 2nd overall at the JMU Open in 26:05 … arrived in second overall at the HPU VertCross Invite with a time of 24:54.61.
2018: Did not compete ... redshirt season.
2017: Capped off his year by leading VMI's sweep of the top two spots in the 800-meters at the conference outdoor meet...ran the fastest time in the conference all year at Duke (1:52.78, a PR)...finished fourth in the 1,500 at South Carolina...indoors, ran on the IC4A qualifying DMR effort that finished 10th...ran on the DMR (3rd) and 4x4 (6th) at the indoor conference meet...had an outstanding cross country season, in which he served as VMI's #1 runner in four of his five races...finished fourth overall at JMU and also in the top-18 at both the VertCross and Mason meets...posted his fastest time of the year at the VertCross, a 25:25.
2016: True freshman who moved as high as sixth in VMI's running order during his four cross country races...finished 56th at the conference championships...outdoors, was fourth in the 800 at Liberty with a PR of 1:54.72...indoors, finished seventh in the 600 at Virginia Tech and also ran on runner-up DMR and 4X4 teams.
High School/Personal: Placed fourth at the regional championships in the outdoor 800, when he won his conference championship...was 12th regionally indoor in the 500...also lettered three years in football and played lacrosse...earned President's Volunteer Service Award.
