2013-14: Ran in five of VMI's six cross country races and enjoyed his best XC season...was 52nd at the conference championships. 

2012-13: Won his first individual conference title during the indoor season, winning the 800-meters...also qualified for the IC4A Championships, where he finished 18th with an indoor personal best...finished fifth at the Wake Forest Invite...fourth at the YSU Invite...led a DMR team that qualified for the IC4A Championships, although they did not compete...posted that effort at the JDL Fast Track tune-up...eighth in the 800 at the UNF Invite...fourth in the 800 at the Big South Outdoor meet, with an outdoor PR of 1:52.47...did not compete during the 2012 cross country season.

2011-12: Finished seventh in the 800-meters at the Big South Indoor Championships...also competed in the mile at that event...qualified for the IC4A Championships in the 800...eighth in the gold division of the 800 at the Akron Invitational with a seasonal best 1:53.88...seventh in the mile at the YSU Invite...missed the outdoor season due to injury...ran in his first two cross country races toward the end of the season, participating in the Queens Invite and the Big South Championships...recorded a personal best of 26:57, good enough for 52nd, at the BSC meet.

2010-11: Freshman season included being a part of the world-leading 4X800-meter relay team, which ran and won at the indoor IC4A meet (7:24.70)...ran third leg of that race....finished eighth in the open 800 at the Big South Indoor meet...ran a personal best 800-meters (1:53.84) at the Akron Invitational...competed in a handful of events during the outdoor season...did not compete during the cross country season.

High School/Personal: Two-time All-State, both occurring in 2009 (800, 4X800-meter relay)...two-time All-Region 1,000 meter run...2010 All-Area.
