2021: Competed at the NCAA Southeast Regional, finishing the 10k race in 86th place in 31:21.20 … earned All-Southern Conference Second Team honors for the third year in a row by finishing the 8k race at the SoCon Championship in eighth place in 25:48.70 … opened the season placing 16th overall at the Navy XC Twilight with a 4.9 mile time of 25:35.84 … won the 8k race at the Winthrop Invitational with a time of 25:49.77 … came in 92nd place at the prestigious Paul Short Run with an 8k time of 24:43.80 … achieved a third-place finish at the VertCross Invite with an 8k time of 25:40.03.

2020: Led VMI to a second-place finish at the SoCon Championship by earning Second Team All-Southern Conference honors with his ninth-place finish in 25:47.44 … arrived in fourth place at the Tom Scott Open with a 7.4k time of 24:34 to help the Keydets to a team victory.

2019: Earned Second Team All-SoCon honors by placing 13^th overall at the SoCon Championships with a time of 26:14.71 … placed second for the Keydets at every race … came in 12^th overall at the Liberty Challenge with a time of 13:11 … finished third overall at the JMU Open in 26:33 … arrived in 151^st place at the Paul Short Run with a time of 24:53.6 … placed fifth overall at the HPU VertCross Invite in 25:18.74.

2018: Named to the SoCon All-Freshman team by way of his 32^nd-place mark at the SoCon Championships with a time of 27:11.23 … placed third for the team at the JMU Open with a 13^th-place finish in 27:35 … scored team points at the George Mason Invite by again placing 13^th overall in 27:28.1 … ran second for the team at the HPU VertCross Invite by placing 23^rd overall in 26:33.52.

High School/Personal: Cross country state champion...also won state titles in the 800 and 1,600-meters...holds school records in 800 and 3,200-meters...intends to major in civil engineering.
