2011-12: Best performance of the cross country season came at the Queens Invite, where he ran a 27:03 to finish 74th...also ran at the Furman Invite, where he placed 33rd (27:56) and at the VMI Relays...did not compete during track seasons.
2010-11: Had a strong cross country season, including three straight 8K personal bests...that run included a 58-second improvement in two weeks time, as he went from a 28:00 to a 27:02 between the Charlotte Invitational and the Blue Ridge Open (10/1 - 10/15)...concluded run with a 27:00 effort at the Big South Championships, finishing 29th overall...competed in just one event during the indoor season, but came back during the outdoor year to record a 15th-place finish in the 10K at the conference championships.
2009-10: Made his debut on track at the VMI Winter Relays...also competed at March's Liberty Quad, where he was fifth in the 5,000-meters...was 19th in that event at the Military Championships, before improving to eighth the next week at the Liberty Collegiate Invitational, thanks to a time of 16:17.12...posted a solid outing in the 3K at UVA's Lou Onesty Invitational, running a 9:18.91...competed in cross country's Big South Preview meet, finishing 32nd overall.
