2019: Did not compete.

2018: Named Second Team All-SoCon after placing 11^th at the SoCon Championships in 25:55.12 … ran the Virginia Tech Invite in 19:07 for 11^th place, first finisher for the Keydets … led VMI at the JMU Open with a third-place finish of 26:22 … paced the Keydets at the George Mason Invite with a first-place time of 25:48.6 … earned a fifth-place mark of 25:25.21 at the HPU VertCross Invitational.

2017: Was on the verge of a breakthrough freshman season before missing the second half of the cross country season for medical reasons...finished ninth at the JMU Open, where he was the Keydets' #2 runner, and was 63rd at Virginia Tech...indoors, was 15th in the 3K with a seasonal best time of 8:57.92 and 16th in the 5K at the SoCon meet...finished 10th in the 3K at the VMI Team Challenge...outdoors, was limited to three meets...did finish 13th in the 5K at Bucknell.

High School/Personal: Second at NY Federation Championships...11th at Foot Locker Regionals...intends to major in economics and business.
