2006: Competed in each of the team's events...Finished among the top five for VMI in two events, including a 20th place showing at the Big South Championships, finishing as the third Keydet runner (26:05-8K)...Also placed fourth among VMI runners at the Paul Short Invitational (26:57-8K)...Finished as the team's sixth runner at the VMI Season Opener (17:10-5K) and at the Tennessee Invitational (29:37-8.4K)...Placed 24th overall at the VMI Invitational (27:49-8K).

2005: Placed 11th overall and second among the Keydets at the Big South Championship with a time of 26:06...Ranked as one of the team's top five runners in all six meets...Placed 11th overall at the VMI Invitational (26:55) and 12th overall at the Winthrop Invitational...Set a personal best at the Paul Short Invitational with a time of 25:19, good enough for 106th overall...Placed fourth among Keydet runners at the NCAA Southeast Regional, clocking a 33:04 in the 10K event (131st overall).

2004: Finished 54th overall with a time of 27:29 at the Winthrop Invitational...Placed 14th at a dual meet with Radford.

High School: Holds school record in 800m (1:59.7)...All-State honoree as a senior in the Outdoor AA Virginia State Meet.
