2023
- Finished the SoCon Championship in 37th place in 26:28 (8K)
- Opened the season in 44th place at the Spider Alumni Open in 19:13.8 (6K)
- Ran the USC Upstate Invite in 25:57 (8K) for 68th place on Oct. 14
- Named to the SoCon Academic Honor Roll
2022
- Ran the 6K race at the Richmond Spider Open to begin the season in 59th place in 20:19.1
- Finished fifth for VMI at the Paul Short Run in 268th place with a personal record 8K time of 26:32.30
- Arrived in fourth for VMI at the ECU Pirate Invite in 43rd place in 27:01.11
- VMI’s third top runner at the SoCon Championship in 56th place in 26:39.80

- Four-year letterman at Glen Allen HS in Glen Allen, Va. under Coach Strojny
- Two-time All-American and national champion in the 4x800 (Outdoor track 2022)
- Two-time XC All-State honoree and three-time First Team All-Region
- Helped XC team to 2021 Class 5 state title (placed third overall with 5K PR of 15:51)
- Team MVP as a sophomore, junior and senior
- Indoor Track MVP as a senior
- 800m PR of 1:55.98 at New Balance Nationals 2022
