2008-09: Season was highlighted by a return to outdoor competition, and a sixth-place finish in the steeplechase at the Big South Championships...also participated in a trio of cross country events.

2007-08: Set a new career-best in the 5,000-meters at the Kent State meet (12/7) running 15:03.40...ran a lifetime best 8:41.80 at the Virginia Tech Invitational in February...also competed during the cross country season, where he was VMI's top finisher at the 2007 NCAA Regional 10K, as well as the 21st overall finisher at the Big South Championships (8K, 27:21).

2006-07: Redshirted the cross country season...Ran unattached at the VMI Season Opener, placing 32nd overall with a time of 18:28 (5K)...also competed in track...finished sixth in the 5,000-meters at the Big South Indoor Championships, scoring three points for the Keydets...also placed eighth in the 3,000-meters at that same event, making his total point intake 4.

2005: Competed in five events, finishing third on the team at his first collegiate race, placeing 23rd overall with a 27:18 at the Covered Bridge Open...Placed 15th overall at the VMI Invitational (27:09)...Finished 38th overall at the Big South Championship (27:31)...Recorded a personal best at the Paul Short Invitational with a 26:13...Also placed 36th overall at the 6K Winthrop Invitational.

High School: State Champion in 3200m...Three-year letterwinner at Fork Union in cross country and indoor/outdoor track...Prep League MVP and in 3200m and MVP of indoor meet...Cross country league champion...Recorded personal bests in the 3200m of 9:25 and 1600m of 4:27.
