VMI Athletics

Lauren Rao is a native of Troy, Michigan. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Athletic Training from Albion College in Albion, Michigan. She is currently enrolled as a Masters student in the Master of Education in Kinesiology/Athletic Training program at University of Virginia. Lauren is an avid Detroit Red Wings fan and also enjoys vacations, reading, exercising, video games, and being home with family and friends.

During her year at VMI Lauren will work with the Keydet football team in the fall and with the VMI indoor and outdoor track teams during the winter and spring seasons.
