Hank Faircloth enters his first season as the program's manager in an operational support position.
He did an admirable job and earned VMI's 2024 Henry Johnson Award, given to the most outstanding team manager on post.
Among many responsibilities, Faircloth is tasked with assisting with the day-to-day operations of the lacrosse program. Faircloth manages the team video and assists with travel and logistics.
Faircloth is a 2/C at the Institute and majoring in history. He is on a commissioning path for the United States Marine Corps. While at the Institute, Faircloth has held the rank of Cadre Corporal and is currently the Alpha Company Operations Sergeant.
Faircloth is a native of Great Falls, Virginia, and graduated from Dominion High School.
