2009: Enjoyed a career year in his junior season, leading the Keydets in most offensive categories...Hit .366 with 17 doubles, 11 home runs, 124 total bases and 48 RBIs...Ranked fifth in the Big South with a .614 slugging percentage and among the top 10 in the league in doubles, home runs and total bases...In league play, was tied with the second-most doubles and ranked eighth in slugging percentage and walks...Started all but three games at first base...In six games against ACC opponents, hit .368 with four home runs, five runs scored, seven RBIs and a 1.000 SLG%...Went 5-for-6 with a double, three RBIs and four runs scored in VMI's first-ever Big South Championship win, as the eighth-seeded Keydets upset the fifth-seed, Gardner-Webb...Hit a pair of home runs at William & Mary (4/28)...Went 4-for-5 with a home run and two RBIs against Longwood (4/15)...Named Co-Big South Player of the Week (4/6) after posting multiple-hit outings in each of four games, collecting six doubles, seven runs and seven RBIs...Tied a school record with three doubles against Liberty (4/3), going 3-for-5 with four RBIs...Set a new career high with six RBIs against UNC Asheville (3/21), hitting a two-run double and a grand slam...Went 5-for-5 with three RBIs against William & Mary (3/4)...On opening weekend at #1 North Carolina, hit .364 with a .909 SLG%, going deep off of All-American Alex White and Freshman All-American Matt Harvey.

2008: Was VMI's top power threat as a sophomore, leading the team with 12 home runs, a .533 slugging percentage and 20 multiple-hit games...Ranked sixth in the Big South in home runs...Was also second on the team with 10 doubles, 39 RBIs and 106 total bases...During his career-best ten-game hitting streak, went 16-for-43 (.372) with four doubles, two home runs, six RBIs and eight runs...Also had a nine-game hitting streak that saw him hit .432 (16-for-37) with three home runs, nine runs and 14 RBIs late in the season...Started all but four games at first base...Went 3-for-4 with two doubles against JMU (4/15), then slugged a three-run home run against Norfolk State (4/16) the next night...Was the only Keydet to hit two home runs in a game, going 2-for-4 with a pair of solo home runs against JMU (3/26)...Hit a three-run home run in the ninth inning of game two at High Point to bring the Keydets from behind for a 5-3 win...Posted three multiple hit games at Auburn, going 7-for-16 (.438) with a home run and three RBIs.
 Summer: Played for the Winchester Royals of the Valley League...Hit .226 with five doubles, three home runs and 15 RBIs in 41 games.

2007: Started 13 games at third base while seeing action in 20 games overall...Had a pair of multiple-hit games, going 2-for-4 with an RBIs and a run scored both against VCU (3/27) and Savannah State (3/31), both VMI wins...Broke a five-game hitless streak with a double to left-center and a run scored in game three against High Point (4/7)...Against Richmond (4/18), walked twice and dropped down a sacrifice bunt in a 5-1 win...Had his first career hit (2B) against Maryland-Eastern Shore (3/10) in game two, also scoring first career run.

High School: Helped lead Monticello to a third place finish in the AA state tournament as a junior...Hit .430 with seven home runs and 25 RBIs in only 65 at bats as a junior...Twice set the Monticello single-season home run record...Twice named All-District and First Team All-Central Virginia at third base...Named Second Team All-Region as a utility player...Member of the National Honors Society.
