Followed that up with a 7.2-inning outing against #3 Virginia, allowing only two runs while again striking out seven as the team defeated its highest-ranked opponent in program history...Tied for the second-most wins on the team...Surrendered only one hit against Coppin State (4/14) in five innings...Set a new career-best by pitching all nine innings against UNC Asheville (4/29), clinching a series win with a 5-3 win by scattering seven singles and allowing only two earned runs....Claimed the series-clinching win in game three over Radford (5/13), working into the eighth inning, allowing four runs, three earned to win his sixth decision of the season...Began the season in the bullpen, enjoying his best outing at Florida (2/11), allowing no runs and one hit in 3.1 innings, striking out five.
