Works very hard to improve as a swimmer day in and day out...Will see a big improvement in his times as he gets more training under his belt.
2007-08: Competed in all but one event.
Personal: Son of John and Monica Rushton...Three-year letterwinner for Coach Spooner...Won the Spartan & Ironman Awards, and was a two-year captain...Swam a 5:45 in the 500-freestyle...Swam for Sea Devil Swimming and the Walden Glen Wahoos...Honor Roll student and member of the Quill and Scroll Honor Society...Also played football for one season...Economics and Business major.
