2023-24: Named SoCon Wrestler of the Week in January…reached 12 wins at 285 pounds…tallied an 8-6 record in duals with 44 dual points.

2022-23: (Junior)

• Led the team with 11 pins on the year
• Finished with a 21-13 record at 197 pounds, 9-5 in dual competition
• Took fifth at the Southeast Open Nov. 5
• Placed third in his pool at the Journeymen Classic on Nov. 13
• Finished third at the Navy Classic on Nov. 20
• Earned a third-place finish at the Soldier Salute Dec. 29-30

2021-22: Named the team’s Most Outstanding Wrestler … was ranked nationally at 197 pounds by Intermat in the pre-season … posted a record of 14-9 overall with five pins and two major decisions … was 4-2 in SoCon matches … pinned opponents from The Citadel, Michigan, Duke, Presbyterian and Appalachian State … won two matches at the conference championships … placed fourth at the Navy Classic.

2020-21: Recorded a 12-2 record as a freshman…had five decision wins and five pins on the season…named to the 2020-21 Southern Conference All-Freshman Team …ranked #33 in NCAA coaches ranking at the end of the regular season…seeded second in the conference championships…finished with two pins to take home third place at the SoCon Championships...earned the team’s Most Outstanding Wrestler and Freshman of the Year awards

Before VMI: A four-year letterwinner in high school for coaches Bill Taylor (Pa.) and Pat Connors (N.Y.) … had a career-record of 136-36 between South Jefferson and Unionville … also competes on the Defiant Wrestling Club … a member of the German Honor Society and was a two-time all-academic team selection.
