2025
Indoor: Named the SoCon's Most Outstanding Female Track Performer after earning two gold medals at the SoCon Championships
with a school record time in the 60m (7.42) and second-best program record in the 200m in 24.33 seconds ... named SoCon Women's Track Athlete of the Week on Jan. 29 after running a 7.54 in the 60 meter for third place at the VMI Invitational ... placed fifth in the 60m in 7.58 seconds at the Virginia Tech Invitational.


Outdoor: Sat out the SoCon Outdoor Championships due to injury ... placed second in the 100m prelims in 11.82 seconds at the Electric City Invitational.


2024
Indoor: Had a strong SoCon Championship by winning the long jump on opening day to turn around and win the 60m finals the next day for the second year in a row with a new PR of 7.44 seconds for the title and All-SoCon honors ... came in fifth in the 200m with a time of 25.35 seconds at the SoCon meet.


Outdoor: One of three VMI cadet-athletes to earn a VMI Intercollegiate Athletic Award for athletic performance ... qualified for the 100 meter dash at the NCAA East Preliminaries, VMI's first female NCAA qualifier since Jennifer Sing in 2011 ... placed 46th overall at the NCAA East Prelims in 11.80 seconds (100m) ... qualified for nationals by way of SoCon Outdoor and VMI school 100m time of 11.35 seconds to win the individual title at the SoCon Outdoor Championships May 9 ... earned All-SoCon in the long jump at the SoCon Championships by placing third and helped the 4x100 relay to third place for All-SoCon honors ... broke the school long jump record (19' 8.5") ... broke school 100m record (11.35 - SoCon Championship finals) ... helped 4x100 relay squad to place third in 47.04 seconds for All-SoCon honors at the league meet ... SoCon Female Field Athlete of the Month (April).


2023
Indoor: 
Took the podium in first place in the long jump at the SoCon Indoor Championships at VMI’s Corps Physical Training Facility, setting a new school record and personal-best distance of 5.86 meters, or 19'2.75" ... beat Bria Anderson's former mark of 19'1.5" set in 2016 to earn VMI's all-time best distance for the event. ... also earned the individual title at the event in the 60 meter dash with a school record time of 7.56 seconds, beating former Keydet great Kerisha Goode's time of 7.58 seconds from the 2018 indoor season ... named SoCon Female Field Athlete of the Week on Feb. 1 ... ran a PR in the 300m in 44.90 seconds for sixth place at the VMI Winter Relays.

Outdoor: Named the SoCon Female Most Outstanding Athlete at the conclusion of the SoCon Outdoor Track and Field Championships after earning All-SoCon honors 
in three separate events ... won the individual title in the long jump with a distance of 5.98m (19’7”), breaking former VMI great Bria Anderson’s program record of 19’6” from the 2015 season ... finished second in the 100-meter (11.84 seconds) for All-SoCon honors ... placed second in the 200-meter (24.21 seconds) for All-SoCon honors ... helped 4x400 relay to second place in 4:09.86 at the App State Open.

2022
Indoor: Achieved a season-best 60m time of 7.73 seconds for fifth place at the SoCon Indoor Championships … also earned a season-best long jump of 5.72m for fourth place at the SoCon meet … qualified for the ECAC Championships in both the 60m and long jump, placing 19th in the 60m in 7.81 seconds and 23rd in the long jump at 5.04m.

Outdoor:  Earned All-Conference honors in the 100 meter by placing second overall in 11.83 seconds (wind-adjusted) at the SoCon Outdoor Championships… ran a personal best 12.32 seconds in the 100m in the prelims at the SoCon meet … finished 11th in the long jump at 5.25m at the SoCon meet … ran a season-best 200m time of 25.30 seconds for eighth place at the JMU Invitational.
