2021: Opened the indoor season running the 3000m in 9:08 for 10^th place at the Keydet Invitational … earned a career-best time of 4:26.77 for fifth place in the mile at the VMI Team Challenge … finished third in the 1000m with a career-best time of 2:32.37 at the VMI Winter Relays … during the outdoor season, placed fifth in the 3000m steeple with a career-best time of 9:33.54 at the SoCon Outdoor Championships … earned another career best in the 5000m in 15:40.18 at the SoCon Championships … ran a career-best 800m in 1:58.44 for fourth place at the W&L Spring Kick-Off … opened the outdoor season with a 9:50.34 in the 3000m steeple for seventh place at the Colonial Relays.

2020: Capped off season with a personal best in the 5K with a time of 15:57.93 for a 16^th-place finish at the VMI Indoor Classic…earned a fifth-place finish in the 3k at the VMI Winter Relays for a PR time of 8:55.44…placed third in the DMR at the VMI Team Challenge…posted a sixth-place finish at the Keydet Invitational in the DMR with a time of 10:37.90.
 
2019: Posted a personal best in the mile with a time of 4:31.19 at the VMI Winter Relays 2019…finished 11^th in the mile at the SoCon Indoor Championships…earned a personal best in the 3k steeple with a time of 9:56.63 at the Bison Outdoor Classic…finished season with a sixth-place finish in the 3K steeple at the SoCon Outdoor Championships.

2018: Took part in a pair of races during cross country season, running at both JMU and Virginia Tech...competed at five meets during track seasons, three outdoor and two indoor...season was highlighted by a 17th-place finish in the 1,500 at the conference outdoor meet. 

High School/Personal: Four-year letterwinner and two-year team captain in cross country and track...Cavalier Medal...Mu Alpha Theta officer...Beta Club officer...National Honor Society member...Honor Student...intends to major in computer engineering.
