Biography

2019-20: Competed in six matches at a sophomore at 174 pounds … defeated his Chattanooga opponent at the Southern Scuffle.

2018-19: Competed the entire season at 165 pounds, wrestling in 16 matches … earned the Lifestyle Achievement Award at the season-ending team banquet, presented to the cadet-athlete that goes above and beyond in representing VMI wrestling in the key areas of academics, athletics and social life.

High School: A four-year letterwinner at Andrean High School in four different weight classes (132, 145, 152 and 182)…a three-year captain…earned second and third-team all-conference honors in his career and was a two-time academic all-state honoree…participated in the region wrestling academy…an honor roll student.   

Personal: The son of Steven and Tamara...all three of his siblings played college sports; brother Peter, basketball at Wabash College; sister Ana, volleyball at Elon College and sister, Marija, volleyball at Carroll College…plans to major in economics and business.
