2010-11: Wrestled exclusively at 141 lbs., collecting a 13-16 overall mark on the season … Was second on the team in matches with 29 … Placed fourth at the NC State Wolfpack Open (11/14) and the SoCon Championships (3/6), as he went 5-2 at Wolfpack Open and earned a 2-2 mark at the SoCon Championships … Went 4-8 in dual matches and 1-3 in SoCon matchups … Collected a technical fall over Tyrell Carstarphen of Norwich at the All-Academy Championships (2/6), as well as a pinfall over Matt Buckworth of NC State at the NC State Wolfpack Open at the 2:48 mark of the match … Began season with 8-2 record in first 10 matches before dropping eight consecutive bouts.
2009-10: Starter at 141 pounds Keydets, going 15-13 on the season … Participated in 28 bouts for the second-straight season, which ranked third on the team … Tied for the team lead in technical falls with two, defeating Morgan McDaniel of Gardner-Webb (12/11) and Matt Murray of Franklin & Marshall (1/13) by the mandatory 15 point margin … Also earned two major-decisions on the year, the first coming in his season-opener over Justin Best of Cumberland (11/8) and Appalachian State’s Chris Collura at the SoCon Championship … Placed third at both the All-Academy Championships as well as the SoCon Championships.
2008-09: Ranked second on the team by wrestling 29 matches as a freshman, all coming at 141 lbs ... Placed second at the King College Open at 141 lbs. in his collegiate debut ... Started each of VMI's SoCon duals ... Scored dual victories over Delaware State's Kelvin Watford (Pin-4:45) and George Mason's John Delgado (6-1).
