2016-17: Year was capped by scoring in his first career IC4A appearance, an eighth-place finish in the 10K...got there with the second-fastest time in school history, a 30:41 he ran at Bucknell in April...set a new PR in the 1,500 at Liberty...won the 5K at South Carolina...indoors, was second in the 3K at Liberty and Virginia Tech...served as one of the team captains for the cross country squad...was VMI's #2 runner five times and set a new 8K PR on two occasions...finished second overall at JMU...was 18th at the SoCon Championships...finished 103rd in his final collegiate cross country race, the NCAA Regional meet.
2015-16: Stepped into VMI's top 3-4 runners for much of the cross country season...posted a new 8K PR on two different occasions, the last of which came at the SoCon Championships, where he finished 23rd (25:21)...served as VMI's #3 runner for two different meets...was the Keydets' #2 runner for the first time in his career at the Regional Championships, where he placed 98th overall.
2014-15: Finished sixth in the 10K at the SoCon Outdoor Championships...time was the eighth-fastest in school history...also finished 16th in the 5K at that event...recorded a new 5K PR at the Fred Hardy Invite, running a 15:21.76 to finish ninth...15th in the 5K at the indoor conference meet...finished 11th in the 5K at the YSU Invite...served as VMI's #5-#6 runner during his sophomore cross country season...finished in the top-10 at both George Mason and WCU...set a new 8K PR (25:59) at the SoCon meet, where he finished 32nd...was 137th at the SE Regional Championships.
2013-14: Served as VMI's #6-#7 runner during cross country season...ran in five events total...had a best 8K time of 26:36 at the Charlotte Invitational...opened his collegiate track career with a seventh-place finish in the 5K at the Great Dane Classic...was 16th in that event at the Big South Championships...outdoors, was sixth in the 5K at the Fred Hardy Invite...went on to a 13th-place finish in a seasonal best time in the 5K at the conference meet.
High School/Personal: Second in 3,200-meter run at Northeast Ohio Conference meet...Hudson HS Scholar-Athlete...intends to major in Civil Engineering.
