2013-14: Returned to competitive running by taking part in all six cross country events...finished 31st at the Big South meet...was VMI's #5 runner at the SE Regional Championships, where he set a new 10K PR of 31:59...ran a 10K track PR of 31:36 to finish 12th at the conference outdoor meet...second in that event at the Fred Hardy Invite...took part in a pair of events indoors. 

2012-13: Posted back to back PR's at the Paul Short Run and the Blue Ridge Open during cross country season, topping out at a 25:08 for 8K...the Blue Ridge Open was his final race of the XC season, and he did not compete during the track and field campaigns.

2011-12: Took part in just six total events during the track seasons, but still posted three personal best efforts...that included a 10K PR at the Big South Outdoor Championships (32:31.72), where he finished 13th...two weeks prior, had finished second in his section of the 5K at Duke, running a PR of 15:19.17...indoors, had a 4:27.73 mile at the YSU Invitational, finishing 12th...competed in every cross country event...finished 12th at the Furman Invite, with a then-8K PR of 27:06...was eighth at the W&L Invite...went under 27 minutes for the first time at the Queens Invite, clocking in at 26:15...finished 44th at the Big South Championships...recorded a 10K XC PR of 35:06 at the NCAA SE Regionals.

2010-11: Competed in a handful of events during track season, including a seventh-place 3K finish at the VMI Winter Relays...posted 18th-fastest time at season-opening VMI XC Relays.
