2021: Led the team with 17 games pitched and 88.1 innings, tops in the SoCon … had a 6-3 record and threw two complete games … finished his VMI career in style, earning the win in game 1 at UNCG on 5/21, 7 IP, 6 H, 1 BB, 6 K, 2 ER … earned a complete-game win vs. ETSU on Senior Day on May 15, 9 IP, 5 H, 1ER, 2BB, 4 K to earn SoCon Pitcher of the Week … tossed seven innings to earn his third-straight win at The Citadel on 5/1, striking out eight Bulldogs … worked seven frames for his third win of the season April 23 vs. Wofford, 6H, 4 R, 3 ER, 5 BB, 4 K … tossed 137 pitches in a complete-game victory over Mercer on April 17 … struck out nine over 7 2/3 innings of work in a no-decision at Samford on 4/2.. threw a gem at ETSU on 3/20, a no decision, 6 2/3 IP, 1 H, 4 BB, 6 K, 3 ER in a VMI victory … needed just 47 pitches to get through four innings at GWU on 3/17 to earn a victory, 4 H, 0 BB, 2 K … struck out six in five innings in start vs. NJIT on 2/25; allowed no earned runs.
2020: Started four games and had one relief appearance … had a 5.09 ERA in 23 innings with 21 strikeouts … tossed 6.1 frames against Binghamton on 3/6, scattered 6 hits and two walks with five Ks and only 1 ER … picked two batters off in 2020 … his second season serving as the Keydets’ Friday starting pitcher.
2019: Led the team with a 4.15 ERA … had a 5-5 record in 16 starts, most as the Keydets’ Friday starter … threw 89 innings … was masterful in SoCon Tournament, holding UNCG to one run over first eight innings, finally tired in the ninth … tossed eight innings against Mercer on 4/18, allowing five hits, two walks and two runs with four strikeouts … threw a gem against Lehigh on 3/15 in a no-decision, 9 IP, 3 H, 3 BB, 7 K, 0 ER … was sharp in a victory in 3/2 over No. Kentucky, 7 IP, 3 H, 0 ER, 1 BB and 4 Ks … started the first game of the season on the hill vs. SJU, worked out of trouble to allow no runs over three frames.
High School/Personal: Comes to VMI from Chattahoochee Valley CC, where he posted an 11-1 record and a 3.41 ERA, striking out 8.8 hitters per nine innings...was a Second Team All-Region honoree at Shippensburg University, where he spent the 2017 season, and a former First Team All-Conference honoree at Mountain View HS...played for the Mid-Atlantic Red Sox travel program in high school...Eagle Scout...Congressional Service Award...father played baseball at Coast Guard...intends to major in psychology.
