Indoor: Finished 13th in the 800m in 1:56.60 at the SoCon Indoor Championships … helped the DMR squad to seventh place in 10:01.59 a the IC4A Championships … earned a career-best mile run of 4:52.68 for 23rd place at the Keydet Invitational … logged a career-best 400m time of 53.07 seconds at the VMI Winter Classic.
Outdoor: Ran a career-best 800m time of 1:54.16 for 11th place at the SoCon Outdoor Championships … helped the DMR squad to second place in 10:06.27 at the Colonial Relays … came in third in the 800m in 1:55.92 at the JMU Invitational.
2021: Competed twice during the indoor season … ran a career-best 400m time of 55.75 seconds for 14th place at the Keydet Invitational … logged a career-best 500m time of 1:12.95 for 10th place at the VMI Winter Relays on Jan. 29 … during the outdoor season, competed in the 800m at the W&L Spring Kick-Off and helped the 4x400 relay to sixth place in 3:47.86.
2020: Began season with a second place finish in the 4x800 at the Keydet Invitational…placed in top ten in DMR and 4x400 at the VMI Team Challenge…earned a first place in 4x800 and second in 4x400 at the VMI Winter Relays…ended season with a 24th place finish at the SoCon Indoor Championships with a 2:03.23 finish in the 800.
