2020: Played an important role at practice preparing the team for a new opponent every week.

2019: Played in four games during the season … scored a goal and earned an assist against Hampton on Mar. 30 … also saw action against NJIT, High Point and Bellarmine.

2018: Saw action against Hampton on March 31 … earned his first career assist for his first point at VMI … also picked up a ground ball in the game to help VMI to an 18-3 win.

High School: Coached by Bo Turner at Charlotte Catholic HS in Charlotte, N.C. … lettered four years as an attack … received All-Conference and All-State honors as a senior … helped team to a state championship in 2014 and a football state title in 2015 … Summer 2017 played in the Great 38 All-Star Game and the Bull City All-Star game … also played as a corner for three years on the football team … played club lacrosse for Team Carolina.

Personal: Has two older siblings … brother Will Baker ’13 played lacrosse at VMI … mother Sheila played field hockey at Appalachian State where she was named to the SoCon Team of the Decade.
