Colin Miller's Career Statistics

2008: Appeared in 12 games in center field as a freshman...Made three starts, hitting .238 with two runs scored...Collected his first career hit, a single through the right side of the infield against Norfolk State (4/16), while making his second career start in center field... Went 2-for-5 after entering the game in the seventh inning in VMI's 16-inning win at Liberty (4/19)... Had hits in back-to-back games against Maryland-Eastern Shore (5/9) and Longwood (5/14)...Made his first career start in game three against Lafayette (2/24).

High School: Three-year letterwinner for Coach Paul Koch at Fauquier, patrolling centerfield for the Falcons...As a junior, hit .340 and was not thrown out on the basepaths...Also a member of the basketball and track teams at Fauquier...A top-notch defensive outfielder, Miller was credited with two outfield assists at home plate while playing centerfield in a District contest as a junior...Honor Roll student.

Personal: Son of Michael and Theresa Miller...Played for his Babe Ruth District team...Played for American Legion Post 72 and for the Blue Ridge Showcase Team...Majoring in International Studies.
