Ledford's Career Stats

2012: Appeared in six games as a freshman … saw first career time against Mount St. Mary’s (Mar. 10) … took two faceoffs against the Mount and one attempt against Mercer (Apr. 14) … picked up two groundballs, once against Manhattan (Apr. 7) and once against Mercer … one of only three players to take a faceoff for VMI last season (Stephen Robarge, Chris Rossie).

High School: Played club lacrosse for Williamsburg Warriors as a faceoff specialist ... Played for the Virginia Beach Ironclads Summer team in 2010 ... Attended  Bethel High School in Hampton, Va., lettering twice in football as an inside linebacker ... Was a team captain, and earned honorable mention All-District honors as a senior ... Also named teams student-athlete of the year award ... Earned Bruin Football Coaches Award, as well as the NCSA Leadership Grant Award in 2010 ... Member of National Honor Society.
