2016-17: Served as team's captain during the cross country season...set a new 6K PR at the Paul Short Run...finished 62nd at the conference championships...was one of three runners to compete at the NCAA Regional Championships...competed in two meets indoors, finishing 10th in the 1K at Virginia Tech...did not compete during the outdoor season.

2015-16: Set a new 6K PR at the second race of the season at Furman, then bested it again with a 24:55 at Virginia Tech...missed the final three races of cross country season due to illness...set new collegiate bests in the 800 and 1000-meters during the indoor season...finished 24th in the mile at the indoor conference meet...was 16th in the 1,000 at the YSU Invite, where she set the aforementioned collegiate best...outdoors, finished 15th in the 1,500 at the Liberty Twilight...was 19th in that event at the conference championship.

2014-15: Was drastically improved in her sophomore season...closed out her cross country year with a PR at the conference meet, finishing as VMI's #2 runner (42nd overall) in 19:03...was eighth at the de facto preview meet...set a new 6K PR of 25:37 at the George Mason Invite...limited by injuries for a good portion of both track seasons...did finish 16th in the 1,500-meters at the outdoor conference meet.

2013-14: Took part in all six cross country races...set a new 6K PR at the NCAA Regional meet (26:39)...was 76th at the Big South Championship...finished 44th in the mile at the YSU Indoor Meet...was 25th in that event at the Big South Indoor Championships..finished ninth in her heat of the 1,500 at the Fred Hardy Invite...finished 19th in the 1,500 at the conference outdoor meet.

High School/Personal: Four-year letterwinner at Osborne Park HS…all-district in all three track/XC seasons…all-region both during her indoor career and her XC career…2011 district champion in the 3,200-meters indoor…National Honor Society…sister is a former member of the Christopher Newport track and field squad.
