Biography

2010: Named Second Team All-Big South, her first career postseason honor...played in all 20 VMI matches for the second straight year...failed to play every minute in just two of those matches...attempted two shots in Oct. 10 loss to Charleston Southern.

2009: Came back strong from a severe 2008 knee injury, as she was one of four Keydets to start all 20 games in 2009...ranked second on the team in minutes played...missed 23 minutes of the season opener, the only time she missed all year...teamed with Audrey Falconi to create a formidable tandem on the back line...the duo helped the Keydets post five shutouts and a Goals Against Average of just 1.06...earned her second letter.

2008: Started the first 11 games of the season before suffering a season-ending injury against Charleston Southern (10/4)…excelled in her role as an outside back…recorded shots on goal in back-to-back wins against Campbell (9/6) and South Carolina State (9/12)…also had a shot against Boise State (9/21)…helped the defense to a school-record 326-minute scoreless streak at midseason…VMI outscored their opponents 22-10 in the 11 games she appeared in…ranked second in minutes played on the team during those first 11 games.

High School: Four-year letterwinner under coach Michele Clark at Cox…helped the Lady Falcons to three consecutive appearances in the Virginia AAA State Semifinals, along with back-to-back trips to the Finals…as a senior was named First Team All-State at forward, leading Cox with 19 goals, 41 points and six game-winning goals…in her career, was named First Team All-Beach, All-Region and All-Tidewater…also won Outstanding Attacker and Co-Rookie of the Year honors from her teammates…played in the Virginia High School Coaches Association’s All-Star Game, helping the East defeat the West…Honor Roll student…lettered in basketball, field hockey and indoor track…played for Beach FC and the Hampton Roads Piranhas W-League team…was a part of the Virginia ODP State team for three years and a part of the District team for five years...father was a three-year letter winner playing football at James Madison…International Studies major.
