High School/Personal: Three-year letterwinner at Upper Arlington HS...member of three-year state championship team, and 2007 Midwest champion...was defensive MVP of 2008 Ohio State Championship...accumulated a litany of other honors his senior season, when he posted a 66% save percentage, 205 total saves and a 5.52 GAA...those honors included: Honorable mention All-Midwest, second team All-Ohio, first team All-Region, 2008 lacrosse scholar-athlete...was team captain of 2008 squad as well...graduated Magna Cum Laude...father played lacrosse at The Ohio State University...planning to major in Biology at VMI...full name is Alexander Benedick...son of Ron and Janet Benedick.
