The Keydets look to get back in the win column after falling to Wofford College by an 81-67 score Wednesday night. TJ Johnson earned his sixth career double-double by finishing with a team-high 25 points to go with 12 rebounds and sophomore Kaden Stuckey logged a season-high 10 points. VMI outscored the Terriers 40-37 in the second half but could not overcome a 20-point deficit from the opening half of play.

About the Bucs (17-7, 9-2)
ETSU has won nine league games this season with its only two losses both coming at the hands of Western Carolina, who has proven to be a thorn in the Bucs' side over the past few weeks.  ETSU is coming off two straight wins over second-place league foes Wofford and Furman, the latter being a 75-71 overtime win over the Paladins in Johnson City.

Three Bucs are averaging over 14.0 points per game including Cam Morris III (14.6), Brian Taylor II (14.1) and Blake Barkley (14.0). Barkley also leads the team in rebounds at 5.5 per outing while Allen Strothers directs the offense with 81 assists for the season. Jaylen Smith has registered 38 steals on the year to lead the team.

All-Time Series: 15-62
The Keydets look to earn their 16th all-time victory against the Bucs and snap an eight-game losing streak to ETSU over the past four seasons. A win would be VMI's third victory over ETSU over the last 22 contests dating back to the 2014-15 season when VMI rejoined the Southern Conference.
