Keydets trade points with Blue Devils

NEW BRITAIN, Conn. – VMI Men's Soccer battled back twice against Central Connecticut State, earning a draw at CCSU Soccer Field Saturday afternoon.
 
The Keydets (1-4-2) snapped a three-game skid by tallying a 2-2 result against the Blue Devils (0-3-1). VMI's defense held strong in the second frame, allowing no goals and earning five saves.


 
Key Stats
- VMI recorded 12 shots, with six on target.
- Jesse Lee tallied two assists, matching his career high.
- Conner Reid and Thimson Duolo each recorded goals, Reid's first and Duolo's second this season.
- Zack Murphy was nails in the second half, earning five of his season-high seven saves in the back end.
