LEXINGTON, Va. – VMI Men's and Women's Swimming & Diving teams were named College Swimming & Diving Coaches Association of America (CSCAA) Scholar All-America Teams as announced by the office Monday afternoon.
 
The Keydet swim teams were one of 781 teams from 459 institutions to be named a Scholar All-America Team for the Fall 2024 semester. These teams, comprising 19,209 student-athletes, were recognized for their outstanding academic achievements.

To earn this prestigious recognition, teams were required to achieve a grade point average (GPA) above 3.0 during the Fall 2024 semester. VMI Men's Swim & Dive recorded a 3.06 GPA while the women earned a 3.03 GPA.
