JOHNSON CITY, Tenn. – VMI Men's Soccer bowed out of the Southern Conference Championship in the quarterfinal round to Wofford at Summers-Taylor Stadium Friday afternoon.
The Keydets (5-11-2) ended the 2024 campaign with a tough 3-0 defeat to the Terriers (8-6-2) in the opening game of the postseason tournament. VMI played well in the opening half, allowing just five shots and no goals to Wofford, but a second-half surge by the Terriers haunted the Keydets.
