LEXINGTON, Va. – The VMI men's and women's swimming and diving teams will host the first home meet of the 2022-23 season Saturday, welcoming Mount St. Mary's University (Md.) to Clark King Pool at 1 p.m.
It is scheduled to be the last meet held in Clark King, as the new aquatics facility on Post is set to be completed over the Christmas holidays.

VMI had some solid performances last weekend at Howard, including breaking the oldest women's swimming record on the books.

Valerie Tonnu broke the freshmen women's 400 free relay record in 3:53.81, beating the former record set in 2012 of 3:55.99.
Senior
Bridger Thurston recorded a personal record of 270.525 points in the 1 meter diving competition, taking first, and
Jack Sheehan finished first in the 100 free.
